I don't begrudge the company raising capital. Prudent to do so when the market is keen, but i do have a problem that close to 20m shares is traded and the stock is down 17% in the last 2 trading days and then you move to halt trading! That does not pass the pub test. Unfortunately no one will be held to account. Then they raise capital at a further discount.
