Bankers screwed him over by the looks...raising cash although painful now will put the company in a huge position in the future to mine and expand...it also offers protection against low ball takeovers and any large share market collapse from the ponzi usa show..this imo will end up a world class tier 1 gold mine...drill on I say...very short term pain for a hell of a lot of long term gain and risk removal...derisks the company in a lot of ways ...Not happy but I can see why...
