35 cents would be more than 25% below where it was trading at one point on Tuesday. A disappointing price given the excitement around the project.
If they raise at that kind of level, I just hope there is a portion for existing holders. I bought more yesterday when other people in the market clearly had an advantage in knowing something was afoot. Pretty frustrating.
Normally, if an insto gets a large block of shares in a company that looks like it is going places, they would pay at market price or above. The dive in the price this week suggests to me that this isn't a placement at a premium.
