It depends how you look at things in life and the glass half full / empty mentality.
That would be a very short term view of company management. If I was a soph (maybe I am) and looking to enter now I would think wow these guys look after existing holders and have worked hard to get the SP up into the raise. I like the sound of that when I will be an existing holder at the next raise!!!
