Wooooooow PEK are assuming $242 USD/kg NdPr, that's 3.2x the current SMM price in their BFS.
Meanwhile IXR in its DFS assumed 2.2x current SMM price and have the same IRR as PEK's BFS.
Make sure you know your numbers before you chat sh*t about ionic clay projects not making as much as hard rock..
