IMO, Peak is potentially a future buyout by Shenghe. I am sure shareholders would be happy to take a reasonable premium to the sp. The big question is where is the processing going to be undertaken? We know where Shenghe wants that to occur. However, TAN may have different ideas or at least want to share in some of the downstream processing value of exported feedstock, should that occur.
