Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Killi Resources Limited (Company) requests that the ASX grant an immediate
trading halt with respect to the Company’s securities pending an announcement in relation to a potential
acquisition of a mineral project.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on
22 November 2023 or the time the Company makes an announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and does not have any
other information about the trading halt that is necessary to inform the market.
The trading halt request has been authorised by the Board.
