To the contrary, I would argue that BUB was on a much better track when it was just focused on Goat formula. They had (at times) one of the top imported Goat formula brands in China. It was when they expanded into Cow formula (and in particular when they tried to knock off A2 Platinum, with the doomed Bub Supreme label) that their brand strategy became less focused and more all over the place. It might have worked had they done it under a different label, with better differentiation etc. But to me at a glance the tins all looked pretty much identical.
