a) Handed over by Carr and co to Willis / Alice / Andy Zhang's various corporate daigou enterprises as incentives to sell Bubs Supreme (sounds like sales targets were never actually met)
b) impairment costs of writing off all the Bubs Supreme inventory that didn't get sold
c) negative impacts on the whole China business as a result of excess inventory which presumably impacted pricing and margins of the product they did actually sell.
d) all the other excessive personnel and marketing costs to achieve the above results
6 months on and it's still crazy to me that Carr and co actually tried to take back control of the company WITH the help of Zhang, when the arrangements between the two basically destroyed the company. And they wanted to double down on daigou
