30-50c seems insane to me. That's probably like 3-5x tomorrow's opening SP.
When trading resumes you'd think it'd be lucky to hold above 10c.
They have no earnings, low revenues, high expenditures, pending lawsuits and a track record of bad, possibly corrupt management.
Positives are the manufacturing asset, the USA business and some residual brand recognition (though it has likely been heavily tarnished in China).
Some takeover targets might attract a high premium, but usually thats when they have some momentum in the right direction. That's evidently not the case here so I'm not sure why it deserves even a 50% premium to the SP?
