So from your image the dip is to the south-east and strike is north-east/south-west? The company stated dip direction is west.
I think dip to south-west, strike north-west/south-east. Potentially the pegmatites are folded which creates the stacked nature away from hinges. You can see folds in the ultramafic belts in the regional geology map. These style of folds are common in the Yilgarn and are caused by the emplacement of the granites coming up. Some regional fold examples below from their map (blue lines show fold hinges).
Taking this folded geometry a step further, Burmeister and Jäegermeister could represent the same folded pegmatite units, with the tightest folds at Jäegermeister. This folded geometry at Jäegermeister would bode well for a low strip ratio open pit.
