They are an explorer. Explorers raise capital. It’s pretty much 1/2 their job.
timing is key though and I think they got this right. The insto’s etc will be able to trade out of their position within two weeks at about 90c I reckon.
SP will probably hit 68ish.
as for them saying they are fully funded.
A bio I have did the same at $2. I was pissed off. I knew they were fully funded, and history shows they were.
24 months later, stock $15 and the balance sheet looks amazing. (But they do have revenue). Something TG6 won’t have for 5 years if at all.
