They obviously didn't see the cash drag lasting this long, as they would have raised much earlier . Lets not forget the biggest dollar amount of dollars smoked is the Chairmans.
Somewhere along the way they decided to scale up to target a much higher break even ARR and the break even delay has cost them dearly
I am always amazed at why companies needing cash don't act earlier and raise more that includes a reasonable buffer
The big question for existing holders is to you get diluted or buy more , hard decision i know.
