I agree sloppy management. I think they were relying on getting the money from EON and now have to raise. On their investor forum they didn’t even know that Arogo had put the possible date for completion out to end 24 - they were still expecting it to be imminent. With the exceedingly high level of redemptions it was pretty clear it was never going to happen and if they were relying on the cash injection they should have been monitoring it much more closely and gone earlier with the capital raise.

Anyway water under the bridge - it’s nice to get the CR out the way and if the update for Votiro is at all positive it’s definitely worth buying at the 1.4. I could see a short term drop, but then an increase as potential buyers are reassured that the cr has happened.
