I do not expect any earth shattering news. They are trying to get the Block 103 to Jorc but it is already PEA. Nothing new there. They are basically parking up for winter. They are too early to say that they have proven the metallurgy works. That was in the PEA. There are a couple of fundamental hurdles to overcome. The rail to Labrador City is only 18Mtpa and they will be lucky to get more than 6Mtpa. The rail from Labrador City to port is only 50Mtpa and they will be lucky to get the 6Mtpa. They may have addressed this. There is some issues with facilities at the port. This may be sorted. When the moisture content of the ore exceeds 4% or 6% (I only going by memory) the product freezes in winter, meaning that they can only cart 8 months a year otherwise the product has to sit for 3-4 days at sea level to thaw out enough to empty the carriages. They may come back and say that they have found a way to overcome this by drying the product in the summer and blending it in the winter. Old news. Most of the projects failed because they only had 8 months rail use and had to pay 12 months.
Off-selling the NZ projects is expected. The only earth shattering news could be a SPAC deal. That is expected but extremely left field. I want to accumulate another 6-7M as potential 5 bagger. This is not a on the bones of their arse explorer. They have $9M of their $10M MC in shares that they can cash up today. The BOD may milk it but I believe that they would prefer to make a killing.
Out of the real left field they have a IO company interested. Or they have picked up the next door property which I think that they should. This will give two access routes to port and solve the port issues.
It was 0.1 cent yesterday and it will still be 0.1 cent on Tuesday.
