The downside is with more than 10B SOI is that they do a consolidation now (they will have to do sometime because money will not come with a high SOI). Then the SP has room to go south. At 10B plus SOI there is nowhere for this company to go north. It can easily go to $50M but thereafter it cannot increase without spending the EUR shares or bringing in a lot capital and dilution. They have to release the value of Block 103. To develop Block 103 fully is $5B plus which they cannot do without getting $1-2B first.
