I feel for current shareholders here.... The reality is that there is now no recovering for holders with a 70c+ average (like i had) when the company issuing $30m worth of stock at a measly 11 cents, less than 2 years after doing a 7:1 stock consolidation when share price was 14 odd cents....

The irony is that a CR, even as dilutive and desperate as this one is an unlikely best case scenario for AIS, the more expected/predictable result for me was VA being calling in by now. I do still think VA is on the cards so long as the SOL facility is present but at least this kicks the can down the road a little further....

I think back at the high hopes i had for AIS..... what an absolute shame. Andre has made a meal of it!
