IMO they don't have a plan other than to make sure there is enough fund to pay their fat salaries. Look at the last Balance Sheet, $397m raised over the years and what do they have to show for it, sweet FA. Still millions to be raised, either to finishing Colombia (unless they sell it off) or on PNG.
LCL always raises when the price is depressed. Another 265mill shares at 1.9c (20% discount on current price) to raise $5mill. Be nearly 1 bill SOI. When's the next consolidation?
