Yes could have done it when there was momentum in the stock and at higher prices but obviously there must be a reason for them doing it right now considering they haven't in a long time and have been quite prudent with their money.
I await to see the reasons and who takes the raise. Good opportunity for management to take a decent stake now and show the market they are serious about the company.
