@13th How do you have this information? You have to work for the company or have inside information. Also, you say it will not be a large raise and the cap after the raise will be 6.5 million. If this is true, it has to be a very dilutive raise. Last price was .009 and with the current shares on issue, that would be a market cap of 4.805,033. 6,500,000 - 4,805,033 = 1,691,967 difference. To raise that much at .009 they need to issue 187,996,333 shares. That is a massive amount. The shares already trade like there is over 1 billion shares, so imagine what will happen if they do issue this amount more. No reason to pay .009. It will drop to at least .006.
