Dilution would be between 300m-500m shares assuming a range of 3-5m to cover drilling etc over the next 12 months. Thats my back of the pack estimate.
Would assume its better to use the finance facilities at a later date when we have (hopefully) proved up a JORC resource. The key for me would be having an investor who holds. But they are generally a bunch of mercenaries and out to make money, so time will tell.
They must have seen something positive in the proposal to provide the funding. Would be crazy to punt blindly.
