If that is the case they will not be getting any contribution to the CR from me unless there is an EXTREMELY compelling story and even then VERY unlikely. These guys have trouble managing and advancing Australian projects let alone one on the other side of the world.
Presumably they have $ lined up - I can't imagine many existing shareholders will be opening their wallets.
It will be interesting to read what they have to say and how they think they are going to fund it.
