    Hope not, if it is with a neighbour there goes any premium, ever! let's hope with a fund or Co they are smart just like what Michael Fowler did in GMD with Alkane Resources, Not sure they can get the interest or think this strategically like this! I hope I am wrong, or I have been long and wrong for a long time!!!!
