    Diluting the equity base on almost all time low share price levels is another SW masterpiece we are about to witness. It seems like the transaction takes a bit longer than normal as the Trading Halt lasts till Thursday. Any idea what the material transaction could be? Panoramic is currently undergoing a strategic revision of their Savannah asset.
