It's interesting to go back over the announcement from when BSX acquired Cobalt One Energy on 26 July 2017, our subsidiary which is apparently purchasing this mine in Canada. That's when I first bought into BSX. At the time of the arrangement BSX had 35.8m SOI and a MC of $6.44M. The deal involved issuing 25m shares in BSX subject to shareholder approval:
