I don't think there's anything else to the raising. Institutional holders get invited into the accelerated part, however retail holders are part of this raising (ie about 203m total new shares from the rights). Roughly 122m shares for the placement, those will go to institutions. After the completion, there should be about 1.14 billion shares on issue.
