As a fund raising technique …….using the shorts as the funding mechanism has Wasilitz written all over it
He has raised a couple of billion doing it
In hindsight it is the only way he could of got the company to this stage which is about 18 months from a FDA re-application
We as shareholders probably are guilty of believing his spiel and buying too early in the process because we believe and believed in the cells
If buying too early is a crime ….I plead guilty
I just wish we had been informed a bit more in the process……it has all been a Sherlock Holmes process of piecing together information by clever and determined posters that has enabled most of us to still be here
I have enjoyed the sleuthing process over the years I must admit
