SI participated in the 2017 capital raising, increasing his holding by about 700k shares at ~$1.40. Other than that his shareholding has not changed in the last ten financial years, according to the last ten annual reports... just under 69m shares. There were about 314m shares or so in June of 2013, a bunch of raisings/deals to reach 814m now with ~325m about to be issued in this placement + entitlement offer.
In recent years, he has received part of his compensation in the form of options that have vesting criteria and various exercise prices, though none have yet been exercised. He definitely has a lot of skin in the game, but hasn't added any in the past ten years. It will be interesting to see whether this price is low enough for him to take up at least some of the entitlement.
