Very different wording. It ain't a raise, thankfully, its as it says, a financing transaction, possibly with one or multiple parties. Could be partnership, could be royalties based, could be Oaktree style financing. Who knows?

But don't let the capital raising fears stress you people. That wording does not really pertain both industry wise (they all use similar templates) and per MSB's history on cap raises. Could involve some share placement as part of the transaction, but very unlikely a simple raise from that language, as WesM has shown in the best way possible.
