Agreed.
Complete speculation on my part - Takeda buys out forward royalty stream on TEMCELL. May be a little too early to chuck in EB.
Reasoning: indication already out-licensed, mature product, relatively predictable cash flows, current interest rate incentive to Takeda on DCF, existing financial relationship enables speedy completion.
Just a punt. Not advice anyone. a great day to be alive.
