My guess is a small sale of royalties to give them a more relaxed time frame on negotiating a much bigger partnership agreement; so they don't get screwed by the partner!
Can't see Oaktree allowing to get more financing unless they got paid out themselves. Can't sell IP atm given existing Oaktree agreement.
