With the FDA ……I do think you are pretty much correct especially with Dr Marks
Wether or not they were led up the garden path is open to discussion
But with hindsight we (meaning shareholders) were not informed about the BLA process with respect to the fact that they were only ever interested in testing the homogeneity of the product and never going to pass the marketing application…..but now we know
