Interesting point about STK. Their deposit was spread over 3 areas much like ODY. I am going to read more into it but they seems similar at first glance. I would be happy with a $61 million offer. ODY only own 80% of the project though. If they can increase the resource to 500k plus it would be ideal.
Also your 5th point I have to agree with. I was disappointed at first but it's actually a decent result. Unfortunately gold juniors haven't been too hot last few years.
