It all depends on who is involved in the raise and what it’s for. Take a look at RKT this morning they came out of halt after announcing a cap raise at 0.009 but due to the nature of the raise it’s opened at 0.011 with solid buying. Cap raise on surface may seem like a negative but it’s all about the bigger picture…
