    IMV .....as this uses RESULTS this infers that they have just that.......
    given its a HALT it is Market sensitive .........
    If first attempt found nothing they would simply continue......and not HALT
    if it were tool failure or similar I think this would use terminology like Update on the logging and Fluid Sampling PROCESS or OPERATION?
