Yeah I hear what you are saying. They must have decided to sample early if we take the ann from yesterday as being in real time.
I don't see how halting stops bed wetting as they could easily just not mention it and go for a sample without bringing it to the awareness of the market.
if anything this adds more scrutiny if there isn't a sample when they come out of the halt. Then the bed wetting will be 10x worse.
probably no point speculating as we will know soon enough.
