There would be 2 reports published a day by the rig, a morning report and afternoon report. Not sure how they do it with the time difference between office and location, but there would be a morning conference call, and sometimes afternoon... even on weekends

There is also real time communication between the locations and Perth... not bongo drums and smoke signals. Those with access can see all the data in real time and see exactly what is happening.

And also, all decisions are being made in Perth, not the location.

Todays TD/announcement is because guidance has changed that is all IMHO.
