    But I’ll take yesterdays announcement at face value, and assume that IVZ hasn’t misled the market with the forward plan.

    I’m not convinced that an announcement can be written on Saturday, and sent to the ASX on the Monday, if the details in the announcement have changed, materially. Materially so much so that IVZ has progressed to a TH. If that’s an example of full disclosure, I have to research the ASX’s definition of full disclosure.
