If you look at the board of directors and the boots on the ground, well I think it's somewhat misleading and inaccurate of you to say that IVZ has no experience
The rig and crew, the third parties - they essentially carry out the work and their responsibilities and experience are independent of IVZ. From what I gather from our resident experts, the IVZ employed contractors are likewise very experienced and good people. Sorry but I'm struggling to understand your views - perhaps because I work in oil and gas
