My concern was that they might drill on to 3,400 metres, TOO rapidly, and find the Pressure Gradient blew up early !!

This Announcement indicates (to Me) that they might be "Cautiously" edging-down to that 3,400 metre Mark ?

And Taking soundings and Testing(s) on the way ?

I DO hope so from now on !!

AND then down into the Lower Angwa !!

"So, in yesterday's December 4 announcement, the Mukuyu-2 Side Track had reached a measured depth of 2,987m MD.

"Today, we are in a trading halt pending results of an intermediate wireline logging and fluid sampling run from the Mukuyu-2 Side Track.

"In the November 13 announcement, at a measured depth of 2,934m MD the original Mukuyu-2 well bore recorded gas and condensate/oil from the downhole CFA (compositional; fluid analyser) and was only minutes away from attempting to collect a sample before they had to abandon the run because of differential sticking of the wireline cable.

"For whatever reason, I reckon the decision was made to collect at least on sample in the Side Track in the reservoir where the CFA had already demonstrated moveable hydrocarbons in the original Mukuyu-2 well bore.

"Yes, the Side Track is vertical, and the original Well Bore has some deviation over the interval where the CFA recorded moveable hydrocarbons.

"Hence, the measured depths will be some what."
