    Just to be clear, what is the correct / normal procedure?

    1. you may already have samples and are obliged to call a trading halt based on the results (whether "good" or "bad")?
    2. you have started a trading halt because you want to draw samples (and do not yet know whether the samples are "good" or "bad")?
