When I came up with my own estimates of Prospective Resources (low case, best case and high case) I found that the UA represented about 22% of the total gas in the UA and LA if there is gas down to 4500m MD. The best case estimate was 20% in the UA and the high case was 18% in the UA. These estimates assume 200 Km2 areal coverage and fill to spill, however VOGC recently stated that there might be a bit less gas in the north west of Mukuyu because the 2D seismic data is not as well defined. Therefore, if the ratio of UA gas to total gas is 1 part in 5, we might conclude it is closer to 1 part in 4 following adjustment for the NW region?
I hope we receive an update of the official Prospective Resources from IVZ in the near future.
