@mackeral .. Suspension is a bad thing. For a junior company being in suspension for more than 5 days in any year has negative consequences for cap raising. Something about needing a disclosure statement (prospectus) ..

Here it is...
"Entities should note that cumulative suspensions of longer than 5 days in any 12 month period can affect an entity’s ability to undertake a ‘low-doc’ rights issue or use a‘cleansing notice’ to cleanse a secondary sale of securities issued without a disclosure document or PDS."

You do not cause a suspension if it can be possibly avoided for a junior. It's one of those obscure rules most punters on ASX don't know about, but the company secretary and Scott will know about it!!
