boss has $61M in cash at the September quarterly end. Not to mention the Pounds they hold currently.
This must be a fairly decent asset (size) if they are having to raise due to what they already have in liquidity and assets, if it is $200m then i'd say it's probably a developer with a shovel ready asset.
The prices of the developers on the asx i believe is low considering the current spot and those on the TSX and US exchanges.
it doesn't makes sense to buy a small asset, and $200m is a big raise.....
