The acquisition has been agreed, the capital raise is linked to the agreed acquisition. Heathgate makes sense as it provides critical expertise to ensure a successful commissioning. My only thought is that Heathgate is worth more than $200m. The company has invested over $2b in infrastructure, I don't know the debt position (if any) or accumulated losses.
