I don't quite understand why demand for the offer and a raise PEN is worth discussing when this stock is about to fall to 38c. I appreciate the need to raise capital, but 18% discount on share price with free options is an absolute joke. junior mining stocks, especially this one, have seriously underperformed relative to spot price the last year. this is just another large blow which will force holders to remain invested because there is likely few rallies left before all markets tank.
