Not so happy to read chapter 11 with in the text. As this if essentially last gasp for the 5EA entity. Here on in, still hardly looks like enough cash to keep things moving much longer. Risk is high and as much as I hate to say it, the present CEO has form with winding things up.

The protagonists who will make money on the resource will likely be the entity who has the most security over any remaining assets, who emerge after the chapter 11... This is what I've been fearing for a year now... As the plan is likely to wipe the slate clean.. And many retail shareholders will be wiped out. This will trigger more selling in my mind.
