i believe fastest route to additional interim funding (which they will need) are royalty or offtake deals. They must be laser focused on getting the small scale site running as quickly as possible, to get samples to customers and lock in some significant upfront fees. The govt funding piece can proceed in tandem but pace of govt is too slow to rely on for the next round imo.
