Agree - I think it will be a small cap raise (around the $10-15m mark given the qtrly outgoing) and revision on the T&C on the 10mil clause. They might offer a discount on the conversion of equity to compensate for the removal of the $10mil clause. Then add some sort of cash incentives using the small cap raise which probably be open to institutional only and not to retail. Just some thought on my end.
Regardless I see our share diluting for sure.
