Imbio's platform looks like it would seamlessly fold into 4DX's, very similar model. They're cash-flow positive, have distribution/partner channels already established with major medical imaging companies (link), and something I think is a real kicker, they've got FDA 510(k) clearance for a cardiothoracic imaging algorithm (link).
This acquisition could open a lot of doors for US/EU distribution using Imbio's pre-established connections, AND this could start 4DX's expansion from its current respiratory-focused pipeline into other areas, as AF has previously mentioned.
